Minister Anand to travel to Washington, D.C., to advance Canadian priorities

The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will travel to Washington, D.C., on August 20, 2026, to meet with her U.S. counterpart, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, to discuss continental security and other global priorities.
